BT Capital Partners is looking to expand its Benelux footprint. We are looking for strong sales managers to join their growing team in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team building the No. 1 fund distribution and investment solution business in the Benelux. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who motivated to provide a first-class experience to clients. We need you to be able to build the business with us and not afraid of constantly challenging yourself. You will work alongside talented colleagues who have built businesses and created new markets.

Requirements
Significant experience in the asset management industry.
A relevant and more importantly an accessible network of professional investors across family offices, independent wealth managers, family offices, private banks, financial advisors, and/or institutional investors.
Previous business development experience, achievement-oriented, and focused on delivering business goals.
Proven sales success including prospecting, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals.
Strong relationship management and team building skills.
Deep understanding of financial markets, asset management, wealth management, banking and financial advisory.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business including regulatory and technological environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in French (ideally native speaker) and English.
